Wealth Manager

Our clients require Wealth Managers capable of understanding their financial situations and recommending the most appropriate solutions. A typical day as a Wealth Manager is likely to be as such:

· Review clients’ financial circumstances and understanding their financial goals

· Analyse information and customize plans to suit clients

· Conduct risk analysis of financial portfolios

· Research the marketplace and design financial strategies

· Conduct monthly portfolio valuation review meetings


· Fulfilment of sales targets and campaign KPIs

· Responsible to maintain excellent quality calls to prospects

· Delivery of the defined customer experience in every call

Finance Executive

· Take charge of the finance functions

· Work with Accountant to fulfil finance/accounting duties

· Undertake the collection of payments

· Undertake to produce and deliver accurate monthly invoices

· Process monthly and annual budget

· Undertake any other admin duties that may be assigned from time to time

Human Resource Executive

· Responsible for providing key admin support to the higher management

· Payroll functions including staff records (medical leave, annual leave, etc)

· Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews if necessary

· Conduct induction program for new colleagues

· Assist in arranging trainings for fellow colleagues

· Help to organize company functions

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Administrative Executive

· Manage reception function and incoming calls from main line

· Responsible for day-to-day admin support functions

· Supports office and employee activities

· Oversees office cleanliness and maintenance

Business Development Manager

1. Develop loyalty card program
a. Establish connections with current collaborators to extend benefits to Company

2. Work with sales team on the development of potential businesses
3. Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities
4. Present new products and services to improve existing relationships
5. Engage internal and external contacts
6. Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales
7. Ensure all levels of staff portray the corporation in the best light
8. Research and cultivate an accurate perception of the organization’s mission and goals
9. Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports
10. Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends
