Mike began his journey in 2000 with one of the top life insurer and spent a decade assembling a multi-award-winning team. In 2010, he joined Aviva as one of the pioneer batch of Agency Directors of Aviva Advisors. In the years 2012 - 2014, he collected consecutive Top Director and Top Recruiter awards. From 2016 to 2017, he sat on the Board of Directors of a newly inaugurated Financial Advisory firm. Riding on his passion to mentor and reach out to aspiring individuals who are keen to pursue this rewarding career, he founded Aspire Alliance in June 2017 and currently helms it as a Chairman.
