About the job

· Responsible for providing key admin support to the higher management

· Payroll functions including staff records (medical leave, annual leave, etc)

· Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews if necessary

· Conduct induction program for new colleagues

· Assist in arranging trainings for fellow colleagues

· Help to organize company functions

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience


· Proficient in MS Office Applications


· Ability to multi-task


· Must be independent, have initiative and a sense of responsibility


· A team player with good attitude


· Singaporean Citizens / Permanent Residents only
