Mike embarked on his journey in 2000 with a top life insurer and spent a decade assembling a multi-award-winning team. In 2010, he joined Aviva as one of the pioneer batch of Agency Directors of Aviva Advisors. From 2012 to 2014, he collected consecutive Top Director and Top Recruiter awards. From 2016 to 2017, he served on the Board of Directors of a newly inaugurated Financial Advisory firm. Fueled by his passion to mentor and reach aspiring individuals keen on pursuing this rewarding career, he founded Aspire Alliance in June 2017 and currently serves as its Chairman.
