The Call Center is equipped with DNC features, thus delivering efficient tele-marketing and lead management services for the Company. It is structurally designed to centrally manage all outbound calls via a secure end-to-end connection. Conversations are recorded and can be retrieved when necessary.
There are two ways in which the Call Center can be utilized: Financial service consultants can make use of the call center equipment and perform the outreach to clients themselves. Alternatively, they may engage the services of our trained Tele-Marketers who will secure appointments on their behalf.
